On October 9, 2024, Amplio Economic Development Corporation celebrated a year of success under the theme of Together to New Heights. At the annual meeting, Amplio celebrated the clients served, the jobs created, and the partnerships required to make it all happen. Between July 2023 and June 2024, Amplio and its partners accomplished the following:
- 35 loans funded
- $29.6 million in SBA 504 lending
- $85 million in total project costs
- 542 jobs created or retained
- Serving 31 cities and towns
- The launch of Amplio’s new gap and 2nd mortgage loan program
- Earning the Minnesota SBA CDC Job Creation Award!
Amplio also celebrated CorTrust Bank as its 2023-2024 Financial Institution of the Year. The Lender of the Year award for 2023-2024 was presented to Brian Whitemarsh of CorTrust Bank. Brian partnered with Amplio on four loans in the previous year.
