Amplio is a non-profit certified development company whose mission is to help small businesses obtain financing for job creation, to fund business expansion and to promote economic development throughout the state of Minnesota and nine counties in western Wisconsin.
What is an SBA 504 Loan?
A fixed-rate term loan from Amplio where the SBA provides as much as 40% of the loan principal for land, buildings, machinery & equipment, and related soft costs (such as appraisal and environmental reports and title insurance fees).
